service (ie. late routes, work unavailable for
pickup, etc.). Promptly investigate and recommend
resolve for any delays or issues which may take
place, keeping in close communication with our
Customers.

- Communicate
with our Customers on a regular basis to ensure
complete Customer Satisfaction. Closely
monitor service standards on an annual basis,
sending by post "Customer Surveys" to
all our Customers. These Surveys are
scrupulously reviewed and prompt attention is
brought to any Customer concerns.

Key Security System |
- 4-Digit Key
Code for identification, accessible only to
authorized personnel. Maintain a Back-up Route
Key System, insuring timely recovery of down
routes.

Support |
- Assistance
from Corporate and Branch Offices in close
proximity expedites recovery procedures.
|
| Log
Books |
- Provide to
each Customer location, to record all pickups and
deliveries. Provides immediate service
reference for Customer Personnel. Excellent
support to Courier's daily route sheet.

| Daily
Route Sheets |
- Provides a
comprehensive account of all Service
Transactions. Couriers are required to
record pickup and delivery times, number of items
picked up or delivered and to obtain a legible
signature from Customer Personnel. All
Courier's Route Sheets are monitored on a regular
basis to insure proper completion.

| Irregularity
Notices and Procedures |
- Carried and
utilized by all Couriers. When required to
use, Courier immediately notifies the Unity
Office, our Office subsequently contacts
our Customer for resolution.

| Bar
Coding |
- Providing to
Customers whose needs require extensive movements
of items, providing well-organized and accurate
manifesting.
|
| All
Couriers are uniformed, with ID badges and cell phones |
- Cell Phones
provided to all Couriers for direct, immediate
communication with Unity Office. Required
attire part of "Field Inspection".

| Field
Inspections |
- A random
inspection of Couriers in the field, to ensure
compliance to Company policies and
procedures. "Notice of
Inspection" provided to inspected Employee
and to Administration for ongoing evaluation of
personnel.

| Courier
Vehicle Inspections |
- Insures proper
maintenance of vehicles, resulting in fewer
vehicle break downs. All Courier vehicles
are given an impromptu "Vehicle
Inspection", approximately every (6) six
months.
