The Customer Service Department acts as a liaison between the customer and every aspect of Unity's day to day operations. Customer Service Agents are available to handle new business, change orders and any other service requirements.

When you need assistance with new service or updating existing service, the Customer Service Department will work closely with the Operations Department to analyze current route structures and develop the best service options.

As a customer of Unity, you will be assigned a Service Agent, knowledgeable and trained in communication skills, who will become familiar with your particular transportation needs and who will work with you to ensure that your service is up to Unity standards. Your Customer Service Agent will be on-call to answer your questions and concerns and to resolve any service matters that may arise.

The Customer Service Department sends service questionnaires to each of our customers every year. The responses are carefully reviewed and resulting recommendations for improvement are then implemented.

We never forget that we are in the service business and we believe that the customer must have immediate access to a person who is concerned and who will respond quickly to issues and requests. Service is the only product we sell, and customer satisfaction is the only measure of our success.
